I had one out about 3months ago and am having the other 3 out next week! so stupid as if i didnt get them all done at once - what was i thinking. Wouldnt be going back either but i HAVE to.
So this is my favourite, its great cos its cold (sometimes i didnt add the frozen yogurt, used just standard yogurt cos was too cold?
Its my Chilled Bananaberry Delight!
1 Banana
1 Small Tub frozen yogurt (i swapped between raspberry & strawberry, but could have tropical mum tried mango)
1 cup fruit yogurt or icecream(same as above i used wild berry but use what you like)
1 cup frozen berries (i swapped between blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, cranberries and a forest fruits)
1/2 cup Juice (i liked apple but also tried tropical)
1/2 cup Milk
Blend away
Voila!!!
I say it makes enough for 2, so then you can have more later but it will serve 3-4
Enjoy!
I also did a Mashed Vegie Soup
you can put whatever your favs are but i just stuck with winter vegies cos they taste so great
Medium Onion , Chopped
350g Carrot, Chopped
350g Pumpkin, Chopped
350g Potato, Chopped
350g Sweet Potato, Chopped
1lt Stock (i used chicken but use what you like)
Pinch Salt & Pepper
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup cream
Fry onion til slightly brown. Add all other vegetables, stock and salt and pepper. Cook until all vegies are soft. Put in blender, (make sure its cooled down a little or blender will pop top off and you'll have soup all over the kitchen) add back to pot and mix in milk and cream. Heat again - do not boil. Serve with sour cream if you like.
These are both so yummy i have them even when teeth are not hurting. I lived on these two for about a week. They are good. Smoothie i make every morning, keeps all day if you dont drink it all and the soup will keep for about a week - not that either of them made it that far... Enjoy and hope they dont hurt TOO much. Good luck.

I got tired of mashed potatoes, jello, and popsicles when I had mine out. If you like tuna or chicken salad, make your favorite recipe for that, mix it as ususal, and then put it in a small food processor until it turns to paste. It doens't necessarily look to appealing but I assure you it tastes the same, no chewing required. Plus, you get something with some flavor that fills you up. My surgery went very well and I healed quickly with very little pain. I don't know if Taco Bell still make their Pintos and Cheese side dish, but I ate that the next day. It's already all smooshy. Hold on the hot sauce though.

rice porridge with boiled chicken fillet and chicken stock for instant recovery. in fact rice porridge v easy to be prepared. just put a glass full of white rice into a big pot and pour plain water as much as you wanted, the rice will 'expand' and it becomes juicy porridge. add chiken stock and some salt when its already sticky and boiling. serve with chicken or fish fillet, chilli paste (to make it hot) or chili & black soy sauce, crunched omelette. it will fulfill your hungry-ness and the same time care about your sensitive tooth part. and if any extra, bring it to the pot luck party that day. okay. giv it a try. this is my all-the-time favorite menu. quick. easy. convenience.
