I had a really spicy dish from Green Street once, i can't remember what it was called though... Sagg something
The most exotic is Souse a Caribbean dish I tried in Barbados, which I will never try again. It's not that it's horrible, its just my stomach turned just knowing what it was. I usually love all Caribbean food too!

I love spicy Asian and Mexican food. But the spiciest that I have ever had was actually Cajun gumbo.
As far as the most exotic, I would guess Mediterranean (Egyptian/Arabic).

Food from Madagascar. Thai and Mexican are quite spicy and exotic. There again, if you're from India, fish and chips would be exotic, I guess.

five spice . . . a mixture of five spices A standard recipe calls for fennel, cloves, and cinnamon, along with star anise and Szechuan peppercorns. You must mix it in an alcohol based liquid to persuade all the flavors to marinade your dish. Very exotic/

the most exotic food was that one lobster thingy with the dipping sause stuff. the most spicy was Joe's crab shack spicey bar-b-Q wings. Yum

Once, in London, I had a really spicy Indian spring roll at one of those little kiosks and it had a little too much curry for my taste.
Don't care much for escargot, tastes like dirt. I'm southern and in order for me to appreciate it, it needs to be deep fried.
I love lobster, octopus and squid.
