Healthy cookies would certainly be similar to breakfast foods...such as oatmeal raisin cookies. As long as the sugar content wasn't too high, they'd probably fine as a substitute breakfast.

You can have anything you want for breakfast. A couple of cookies would probably be the nutritional equivalent to someone having a donut, but you can.

Why not! A friend of mine came over to my house at 8am and stole cookies from my cookies jar!! She called to say she was coming by but I was still in bed so I couldn't stop her. But it's just a cookie, why not have it. It's better than not having anything!

Dude, you can have anything for breakfast!!! =) But try to keep it on the healthy side =) With something that gives you a lot of energy that would last you until lunch

Yes,and cold pizza,and left-over Chinese,and reheated spaghetti,
and doughnuts,oh yeah,and eggs and scrapple,hash-browns,and pancakes,and coffee.But not all at once.

yup. theres nothing bad about it... though i won't make it a full breakfast. make sure you have other health stuff too
