Is there a website where I can look up calories for things like fast food, or food that I have in my house that is individual and doesn't have nutrition facts? I am wanting to look up things that I can't find and need a website or something to look at. thanks!

sparkpeople.com is great! you can even log calories for free. i could go on forever about this great free site and resource. I love it
