If you have a social security number you already have one. As far as I know they are still free. Don't plan on getting anything out of it though.

Go to IRS.GOV and apply on-line. They give them away for free. The only cost is the cost of your time about five or ten minutes.

Nothing if own a business all you have to do is to apply for one from the State and federal gov.then get an account set up to pay your Quarterly tax.If you got a business talk to your CPA.
