I don't have access to a gym so thats not an option!

you just have to keep doing cardiovascular exercises and lean down on body fat. my BF is at 10 percent body fat and his "man boobs" are just starting to go away. It is a very stubborn area for some, just don't get discouraged.

Yes it's called gynocamastia. You need to severely cut back your physique fats %. Try 1200 calories a day and sweat for 30 to 60 minutes every day.Run, jog, bounce rope walk (rapid) something you enjoy doing..Simply so long as you sweat hard. You must be seeing some outcome in 2 to 3 weeks should you stick with it and don't slack off. I'd watch out with the chest workouts. All so that it will do is make the muscle underneath push the fat out even farther making more reported until you lose the fats....Excellent good fortune

There is a medical term for your problem. It is called gynecomastia. Gynecomastia affects an estimated 40 to 60 percent of men to some degree. It may affect only one breast or both. Though certain drugs and medical problems have been linked with male breast overdevelopment, there is no known cause in the vast majority of cases.

Unfortunately, the only solution that works is surgery. Exercises will not take care of the problem. The good thing is that the surgery is very successful. These links will give you more information. Take care.

There's no such exercise that will specifically reduce mantitties. Sorry. Overall weight loss will minimize them, but there are no exercises that will help.

If you lose weight and still have manboobs, you may have a medical condition known as gynecomastia. This is a hormonal condition which your doctor can treat, either by correcting a hormonal imbalance, or if needed, by surgery.

So it comes down to, lose weight, or see your doctor for treatment or surgery, or enjoy your own personal set of boobies, there for your pleasure anytime you want.

There is no such thing as spot reduction. You need to lose overall fat, which you do with consistent, regular aerobic/cardiovascular exercise like biking and running. Weight lifting is also good for fat reduction.

Seriously, this condition can only be reversed with surgery. I saw a show on Discovery Health Channel. 16 year old boy and the doctor told him that only surgery would change them.
