This IS NOT a dominance issue.
This IS NOT something that is solvable by scolding, or "having the dog live outside".
All replies thus far are completely incorrect, not to mention horribly moronic.
He may be doing this because he is SUBMISSIVE (opposite of dominant). Peeing can be a calming signal (a calming signal is how a dog "speaks" to another, it lets them know that they mean no harm to the other). Meeting a new woman can be a scary experience for him. Most humans behave in ways that are scary to dogs- for example, making eye contact, reaching over the head to pet, leaning down from above, and reaching over to the opposite side of the dog's torso are ALL intimidating to dogs. They speak a different language than we humans do. Try having the new lady kneel down to the dog's level, but not directly in front of him, do it so the dog is off to her side. Have her extend her hand calmly and let him sniff it. Pet him UNDER the chin, and on the side CLOSEST to her. This will help him relax and know that she is not there to harm him or fight with him! :o)
This also could simply be over-excitement. If possible, take your dog to training classes- he will be exposed to new dogs, people, scents, etc. and learn to be more calm in new situations... and not to pee on people just because he's so happy to be making a new friend :o)

uhm.. weird. Nobody here needs to know about your dog pee sex life. As for the Dog... Basically. its a dominance issue.. you need to practice bringing people over with your dog. Have a female friend come over, and have her come in and out of the house. Every time that the dog approaches her, you need to stop the dog from jumping on her. Use a firm and corrective tone, and make it submit to you until it stops attempting to approach the woman. It takes a few tries.. it took our dogs 5 hours of continuous visiters to make them stop running to the door, but after some practice, they learned that they need to back off and wait for the people to come to them.
The other thing that is important is when YOU come home, ignore the dog for a few minutes, to even an hour, until they calm down (if they are hyper and jumpy when you get home) this teaches them that you are in control of when they get attention

Got to agree with Kristin B on this one. Really didn't need the details of your sex life. Bet your dog is not neutered.
I agree that this is a jealousy or dominance issue or both. How much time do you spend with your dog? Does he see the girls getting all your attention all the time? Maybe he needs some activity with you out in yard before the friend shows up. You don't indicate he is trying to hump on her as is common in males, especially unneutered males.
Kristin advised correctly. No, ya don't throw the dog out or beat it or any macho stuff. You have to work with your dog and set the groundrules. More exercise and socializing with a variety of people. Does he do this with friends in general? or just with your sex toys? Maybe he senses your disrespect toward these women.

Training! You need it so you can help your dog. When we went to training classes, it was all about training us so the dog would react appropriately to our behavior. Whether it is a dominant or submissive behavior, the best answer is probably repeated exposures to the problem stimulus. Perhaps you should try bringing the dog outside, to the park for example, to meet your dates before bringing them home. This would give your dog a chance to exercise some nervous energy and pee before meeting anyone new. Listen to Bob Barker and get your dog fixed if he is not.

Sounds to me like he is jealous of your affection to someone other than him. When you are going to have company over, put him in another room, where he cannot be there to witness the event. Then after a few times give him another chance. Repeat each time he acts up. He will learn that when he acts up you will put him by himself. And when he is good he gets to stay close by you. GOD BLESS YOU! sus04mc@yahoo.com

Find him a new home, where someone will take the time to train him, instead of ignore him when dates are over.

Every time he does it spank him and but him outside for awhile he'll learn. or just put him outside whenever a gal comes over, i doubt he'll learn that way though.
