Talk to him rather than expecting him to talk to you. Guys don't make the first move anymore. Get with the times.

Always smile at him and said hi. But there is another important thing "Stick with your friends"!
If you stick with your big group of friends, he might notice you more.(If you see him, remember you can talk more and get your friends get near him so he'll notice you) Oh and there is another way, I really like one boy in my class and so I pretend to read a book on the hallway and then I crush into him. Then remember you have to say "I'm very sorry". Then from here you could start a converstation from here(be nice). I did this and it really did work, now, he is my boyfriend.

first always SMILE!!!! a person who always smiles lets people think that she's approachable (that's true)! I think you should talk to him first. say hi, then ask him how are you? or How's your day? you could also strike up a conversation with the person next to you (make sure that he can hear you though). be open and outgoing especially when he's around! Hope this helps!; )
