What do you get the people that have everything!! Like, we are invited to this wedding this upcoming weekend and we are on a budget so I don't want to seem cheap, but I don't want to blow all our money ($50 bucks max.) This couple is about my age (20-25) and are already millionaires, it's sad that the brides' parents passed away and that's how they got the money, but that is the matter of the fact and they do have everything! I want something cool and cute that they would really like and not even really think of a dollar value when they open it. Any help?? Thanks!

I've been in this situation. This is what I did:

I went to Hallmark and purchases a really nice wedding picture frame. Everyone that gets married enjoys a picture frame to put their wedding picture in. They aren't very expensive but it looks like it.

I hope this helps!

I was trying to decide what to give my roommate for his wedding present. After seeing iMemoryBook I came up with a great idea. I convinced Derek and Wendy to write "He said...She said" stories about the way they met and the way they got engaged. Then using iMemoryBook's invitation system I sent invitations to all of his family and friends, in Utah, and all of her family and friends, in California. Then I watched the book grow online. I was amazed at how smoothly this book grew with the iMemoryBook system. Over 70 people got online, viewed and contributed to the book. The final book had over 200 photos, 75 entries(memories), and 100+ pages, iMemoryBook has helped me create something I wouldn't have even imagined possible.

I can't think of anything better to give as a gift. One year after making the iMemoryBook for my roommate, they still have it sitting right on their coffee table. I believe this is the only gift that they will remember 20 years from now.

One thing I got as a wedding gift that I thought was really cool was a pre-made scrap book so if you're crafty you could try that. They made template pages for the first dance, cutting the cake, the ceremony, the rings, etc etc etc. They even did a decorative edge on the invitation and included it in the book. It was just something that showed that they cared and I loved it!!

If you are really good friends with them you could make a wedding scrapbook gift for them; take pics of them individually & pic of them together and make a scrapbook or some sort of collage and present it to them. That way there IS no dollar value; it is a priceless gift;

If you aren't that good friends make an excuse not to go to the wedding and send a congratulations card

If they truly HAVE everything, then they would understand that you are on a budget. If I was the groom,my wife and I would be grateful just for having our friends nearby sharing this special day with plenty of food and drinks for everybody. Give what you can. A gift given from the heart with sincerity is never cheap.

Get them a gift certificate or buy them something from the Bridal Registry they are on. Every newly wed couple has needs.

I would go to Crate and Barrel. They have so many things that make just great gifts. You'll be able to find many items from which to chose, and I think everyone loves C & B.

You seem pretty smart. You'll be able to get something within your budget.

San Francisco Music Boxes make lovely gifts.
Check her bridal registry and see if anything is left to buy.

If they are religious at all, how about a family bible so they can start their entries as a family.

well....here's one if you like it...
I think you could do a site for thier wedding ceremony and photos or simply creating a scrapbook in a disc format with some interesting music pieces to enjoy in the ceremony.

If you think all that's too much of a work, you could always get them a sets of 'toy's' for thier pleasure; i.e, like different kinds of condom's or cuffs ......lol!!

how about getting pics of them from other fiends and siblings and other family members and making a slide show of pictures of them growing up and together. You can do it with Power Point. It'll be somethign they will treasure forever. Best of luck!
