This might be an unpopular answer, and personally, I don't like the amount of illegal immigration going on.... but.....
The court system has two puropses. The first is to determine guilt or innocense when a crime is comitted. The second is to interpret law to determine if it is in fact constitutional. If a law preventing immigration is unconstitutional, then it cannot legalle be enforced. If we wish to enforce our immigration laws, we first must insure that they are in fact constitutional.

I Think ILLEGAL ALIENS
Should Be IMMEDIATELY Deported Upon Discovery
In The Situation You've Described
An ILLEGAL ALIEN That Files A Petition For A Lawsuit
Would Have An IMMIGRATION STATUS SCREEN
And If Found To Be Unauthorized In The USA
Be IMMEDIATELY Deported

It's ludicrous! The Federal Government and the applicable states should be getting sued by the public in general for not enforcing the existing immigration laws. Anyone can sue, but in my opinion, frivolous lawsuits should penalize the plaintiff's, which in the cases you describe, are the illegals.

The Washington circumstances is owned via the cult-chief Reverend sunlight Myung Moon companies, related to the background beginning/The kinfolk/YWAM non secular-fanatical cult, so seek for hidden fundamentalist fanaticism motivations in regardless of is proposed. The shape supplies immigration jurisdiction to the federal government, and states can not then supercede the federal regulations---incredibly whilst the state tries to bypass regulations that violate civil rights or constitutional rights as became accomplished in Arizona. The state point is subservient to the federal regulations that have been strongly enforced and upheld via the Obama administration (see whitehouse.gov and click on the Immigration tab), so whilst the likes of detention center-builder-affiliated Jan Brewer signs and indicators into "regulation" a racial-profiling provision that many regulation enforcement officers in AZ have publicly mentioned they do no longer prefer to implement, then federal courts would be ruling this new state "regulation" to be unconstitutional in a extra healthful delivered via the DOJ. It DOES violate the U.S. shape for states like Texas and Arizona to overstep their authority. it rather is the activity of the DOJ to implement the form via submitting extra healthful each and every time a state tries anarchy or oversteps its obstacles. The $18 billion for border protection has succeeded in slowing unlawful immigration to close to 0 the previous 2 years, so which you will no longer have it the two approaches---you the two prefer the federal government to do its activity of imposing federal regulations or you do no longer. Make up your strategies.

Absolutely not, but... this might actually be a good thing. It might raise awareness amongst the people who are not currently affected by illegal immigration. Personally, I feel that everytime an illegal or one of their advocates pull these stunts, the noose tightens a little more around their necks.

Illegals should have the right to be shipped back to their country of origin. End of story.

No! Why is it that they are not legal citizens yet? Why do they come over here and reproduce? And then get testy when our country is trying to enforce the immigration law. Now that is wrong!
