Calm down,I know this is really frustrating for you. My son is and has been going through this. A visit to the dermatologist to start with. Not for meds. but for a good look and good advice. Everyone has a different case. Continue to research and read about it because it goes on and on and on. The more armed you are with info, the better you will be prepared to deal with it. Worrying causes stress, so TRY to not worry so much about it. I know, easier said then done. Change your pillow case regularly. Good luck!

Stress is half the problem. It causes facial breakouts for some. Just relax and use your proactive. You are at an age where your body is changing and you can't do much about it.
Have you started menstruating yet? If you haven't you will find that the first week before and during your periods, your face will probably break out and your hair may get oilier than normal. Take these factors into consideration and just make sure to take care of your personal hygiene.

Pimples are caused by the staph bacteria and part of puberty. Continue using the proactiv solution if it is working for you but there is no magic pill or potion that will get rid of them all instantly.

Use pro-active every morning and evening just like Jessica Simpson. For now try to avoid chocalate and junk food and eat healthier. Site below has tips on healthier eating like eating more raw fruit and raw vegetables esecially greens. Read teen advice first (to reduce stress which makes pimples worse), then click on home page.

I don't think you will get anything to work faster than the proactive, but you can help by making sure you are drinking plenty of water, eating lots of fruit and veg, avoid sugary snacks, sugary drinks, fast foods, etc.

have you ever been to a tanning bed--my skin doctor suggested that i go to the tanning bed a few times.. this really did help;; the doctor did not suggest that i do this everyday, but just a few times for a short time period of about 5-10minutes. somehow the lights in the tanning bed helped to clear my skin up. Talk to a doctor before doing this, because using some skin product they suggest that you don't spend a lot of time in the sun--Good Luck!
