A skunk,a toad,and a duck want to see a movie.Each ticket costs 1dollor.Witch animal can't get in to see the movie?(answer the question and why it's that answer).(The movie theater does allow animals)

I dunno. I think I'm on the right track tho. Because a duck has a bill, aka a dollar bill....but i don't know what the skunk and the toad have....But if the question was who CAN get it. i would win, because then it would be the duck..
