I already have. Do not ever give up hope. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He is still capable of doing miracles today, just as He has always been capable of doing. The main thing of course, is that your grandpa knows Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Lord. Perhaps you should ask him if this is true. If not, then tell him that all he must do is to ask Jesus to forgive him for his sins, and Jesus will forgive him. And then tell him that Jesus bore stripes on his back that we all could receive divine healing. But I'm sure, or it sounds as though it would take nothing short of a miracle from God's own hand to heal him. But always have faith in God. He will never fail you. He loves you very much, and your grandpa also. Just trust Jesus, and give Him thanks and praise for his mighty works.

I'm not a religious person. But I will pray. In June I had a large kidney stone and I couldn't pass it. I had 2 x-rays and a ct scan. I was scheduled for surgery. The dr said he would have to break up the stone to remove it. The day of the surgery my father called me and told me to tell the dr to do an x-ray before the surgery b/c I didn't have a kidney stone. I told my father that I had been peeing thru a filter and didn't pass it. He said "Tutie we had prayer for you last night & you don't have a kidney stone" anyway, I didn't see the dr before surgery, so I went in to surgery & when I awoke in recovery I asked the nurse if they removed my stone & he said, no you didn't have one, you must have passed it. But there was no way I would have passed a stone that large & not felt any pain & beside I would have caught it in the filter.

So of course I will pray.
