bagels are healthy if they are whole grain and not white with a whole bunch of stuff on them like cream cheese and all that junk. They have a lot of carbs because it is a bread product...however it is still a healthy part of your meal in a day if you are eating healthy.

kinda healthy it depends on what you put on ur bagel too like ham, cheese, bacon,etc. and you should eat them every once in a while.
