Two basic options:
Work hard and fast to change your country or its government
OR
Find yourself a new country to call home, where you can live with the basic philosophy of its leadership.

After hearing the bashing from the following answer's I must seriously look at this. It is morally wrong to force people to fight. Plane and simple, if the motherland is starting a unjust war, why should we fuel the conflict with our body and soul. If the German people hadn't been so compliant I seriously believe WWII would not have gotten so bad. I say vote with your feet. History looks at the draft dodgers of Vietnam with a neutral eye. In my view they are not traitors but the common American who does not believe in a armed conflict. As mentioned above there are volunteers who will die for what they believe in, don't make me die for something I don't. I will volunteer if I think its just, I do not need someone to tell me to fight when I think otherwise.

Move to the country in question and get blown to smithereens. Your conscience would be clear, but you'd be dead. It's a hard one. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. I wasn't around back during the Vietnam war, but I think it would be the same sort of thing - there are thousands, (millions?) out there that feel the same way, so you are by no means alone. Safest option would be to just stay quiet, morally, it would be to voice your opinion in a non-violent manner, as loudly as you can. At least then you'd feel better in yourself.

i said it before if ww2 started 12-7-41 and ended 9-2-45 that means the boys were coming home by 12-7-45 and that's what you get when a great democrat like FDR fights the war but if you let a republican like bush declare war on 9-11-1 then when does he finish it?... huh?! its been over 5 years hasn't it?

Yea, leave the country now and get your citizenship changed to your new one and you don't have to worry. But you need to do it fast, like tomorrow.

Well according to Pastor John Hagee at my church (Cornerstone Church) World War III started back in the First Testament of the Bible. so, if people actually "declared war" i guess you should try your best to defend your freedom and your country.

Didn't you get the memo? It doesn't matter who started the war, it's always Americas fault. You want advice? Move.
