For 99 cents, it probably IS too good to be true. But since Ebay is an auctioning site, you need to look at when the time of the auction ends. 99 cents COULD be the starting bid, but that could easily and quickly rise up. Unless the 'BUY NOW' cost is only 99 cent, the chance of you getting away with it for such a price is slim. Of course, make sure he has a photo of the product. If not, I hope his description was really good enough to get your trust in what your buying. Wise sellers would include images of the product. If they dont, keep in mind they could be lying about what the product is or looks like. But if that is the case, im sure you can report the situlation to eBay and they could punish them and give you a refund - maybe. Be sure to check that they have a high and positive feedback rating, also. Hope this helps.

If they advertise on EBAY for $0.99 as a buy it now and you buy it, they have to sell it to you at that price. That's part of the rules of EBay. But look very carefully. There has to be something wrong with a phone for that price. Perhaps it requires you sign up for some monthly service?
