Someone can pray to God to help them find a job, and He will lead that person to a place that is looking for someone just like them to work there. Sure the person hiring is making his own choice to hire you, but chances are if it's a God thing and He wants you to get that job, He'll make an opening for it. He will place you in a time and a place to where it will work out.

Everything I have in this life I have received through my will (willingness to pray) And it's my FREE WILL!!!!

A privilege and an obligation of the Christian where we communicate with God. It is how we convey our confession (1 John 1:9), requests (1 Tim. 2:1-3), intercessions (James 5:15), thanksgiving (Phil. 4:6), etc., to our holy God. We are commanded to pray (1 Thess. 5:17).

Some personal requirements of prayer are a pure heart (Psalm 66:18), belief in Christ (John 14:13), and that the prayer be according to God's will (1 John 5:13). We can pray standing (Neh. 9:5), kneeling (Ezra 9:5), sitting (1 Chron. 17:16-27), bowing (Exodus 34:8), and with lifted hands (1 Tim. 2:8).

It's a question of whether you believe in a higher power. If you have a higher power then it is that power that directs your actions. Your exercise of "free will" is genuine but is done in a spiritual manner when you have a higher power. So, praying to God (a higher power for many folks) is entirely consistent with you exercising your free will to hire someone.

it is simple he will find a way to put it in your mind on giving the right person the job. i'll tell you a story that you'll like it goes like this.

there was an old woman who prayed to god everyday and asked for her every day bread a man who was always capping on her, on day heard her praying and so to mock her and make a joke out of it he rushed to his house grabbed a loaf of bread ran back to where the old woman was without letting her know he was there, and so when she was done praying he tossed the bread over to her to make her think god has given to her the bread and so she thanked god. later on the man told her what he had done and she told him it was god answering her prayer for through the man god had given the bread to the old woman.

so without you knowing god can put a thought to help those who ask for his help.

also the story not might have sounded to good cause its been told to me a long time ago

If Gods favour is upon a person then you would give them the job - even if you are an atheist. You would see it as an appealing quality. You would not be an obstacle to God if he wanted someone in a position he had ordained.

Well, if he didn't allow anyone else that was qualified to see your ad or turned their interest away to something else, then through your own free will you would hire the one that prayed. God is in control of all circumstances, Don't you know?

God may touch your heart to give a poor guy a break and hire him - or if you are not open to that, God may simply lead me past your company to the best place for me to apply. Either way I get the job I need.

when i pray to god to help me find a job I feel certain that he would not send me to you. Because that wouldn't be a very good inviroment for me to work in. to you he would probably send an Atheist. I feel certain he would not want me around someone who called the bible BS

To encourage me to keep on going searching a job and hopefully to overcome your free will by His Will to hire me. Lol.

Its just one of those things that don't make sense. I guess maybe God visits you in your sleep or something. Or maybe he sets in motion circumstances that make it more likely to hire somebody.

It makes more sense than "God Dammit, You will not use the Lord's name in vain, got it? My God...."
