Right now I have very long slightly wavy blonde hair. I have an ovalish/narrow face. I am very fair. I would like to cut my hair as a New Year's Resolution. I was thinking about soemthing about shoulder length or maybe just a tad shorter or a tad longer. I refuse to dye my hair (including highlights). I want somethign that makes me look older since I look really young for my age right now. I need to have a haircut style that will look good, easy to manage, and can be pinned back away from my face for when i'm dancing. I have serached google and ask.com and other websites and found nothing. Can anyone please help me? Suggestions would be absolutely fabulous! Thanks in advance!

My hair thick and coarse. My eyebrows are slightly arched and tamed but not too thick ro too thin. I have gotten long layers in the past. I was trying to find something new. Please keep in mind that I usually don't have time to straighten or curl my hair in the morning.

The latest style has been layers and it looks totally cute. You can either scrunch it giving you a cute look or you can blow dry it for a look the just flows. If you get longer layers it can be pulled into a pony tail for a cute look. I have layers and I am very happy with them. I love them. It is nice when you make your part off center, the layers frame your face and it looks real nice for pictures. Hope this helps and hope you find something.

p.s. I think it is a good idea that you are not getting highlights it frys your hair. You should love what you got.

My hair is just like yours by the sound of it and I would go a layered shoulder length cut and some hairstyles would be to straighten it, pin back the front part of your hair with bobby pins including your fringe and for the dancing thing try a messy bun. To make a messy bun comb some mousse through your hair with your fingers and then just tie up your hair in a bun and then pull out some strands of hair at the front, side and back. Also if you dont already ask your hairdresser to cut your hair with a side part.

I would go with a slightly past shoulder length cut. Try layers with the shortest ones at your chin. Long side bangs are also really cute. Good luck!

By the sound of it this looks good for you.. Just below the ear but if you have bangs keep them off to the side.. if you dont than pin up some hair to the sides

it may not work out for you but it looked good on me last year but i grew my hair out this year..
