YES YOU ARE A NATURAL BLONDE! whatever colour hair you were born with is your natural hair colour so if you were born with blonde hair then yes you are a natural blonde!

No, you *used* to be a natural blonde. Now you're natural black. Sometimes it's referred to as a "childhood blonde". Childhood blondes can often get away with dyeing their hair back to blonde and it looks very natural, because you already know your skin color is compatible.

Yes this is normal. Many people born with light blonde hair tends to grow darker as they age. My best friend and my ex husband were both this way. Your roots may look "black" but they are likely just a darker natural blonde.
Luckily blonde hair is easy to lighten. If you want to get your roots done and keep your hair light, see a stylist. It shouldn't cost as much as a full set of foils.
