If you are prone to acne, Proactiv is wonderful. Otherwise just use Oxy pads or some other over-the-counter acne medicine to help dry it out. Also, use a facial cleanser with gritty stuff in it every day. Practiv has one as part of its program, and St Ives makes an apricot scrub. They are great for cutting down on blackheads, which can later turn into pimples.

Stop popping it for a start. Continuously doing what you are doing may lead to scarring. Let it heal naturally. I know you may not what a big old spot on your nose for 3 weeks, but that is preferable to a scar for life right?
I stopped getting acne in the first place by using the facemaster course; http://www.facemaster.net/TheFaceMasterCourse.html

Wash your face with salisilic acid solution 2%, dry your face and put some ice on the zit (not directly, since you don't want to damage your skin). After, try some benzoyl peroxide in 10% on the zit.

There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html
