Should I use a feather, fingers, make up brush, hairbrush? any other tools I forgot? should I tie her feet together or just hold them down??? What tickles the most on everyone here? Thanks for the help :)

Feathers tickle the most. But often it's not about what you use, but when you use it. Everyone's more ticklish when they're tense. Relaxation dulls the tickle response. If you create stimulation (through loud clowning, jumping on the person, whatever) you'll find they'll be much more ticklish.

A feather or a hairbrush will work best. -shudders- The feet is the best place. Tie them together by using a trap. Good luck!

Very light touch..
Stroking the sole of the foot lightly up to the toes.
While wiggling fingers slightly up and down.
