bummer i just got my navel pierced in july. im sure the hole will close up over time. as for getting it repierced you should go to the shop you got it done at and see what they can do for you. see how long you have to wait to get it repierced, ect. when you knew it fell out you shoudl have gone to the shop you went to and getten a new piece of jewelry
good luck! but yes you can get it done int he same spot. you should just go to your pierce shop and talk to them about it =)

i have the same problem. i pierced mine and it closed. its been a year and a half and the hole is still there. im not sure whether its safe to pierce it in the same spot probably not. i think it would close (or at least i hope so) but it may take a LONG time.

yes you can get it pierced again through the scar tissue
it will be a slightly more uncomfortable piercing but it will be fine
the hole will eventually close up - but you will always have a little scar
body mods are for life - well at least the scars are:)

It would be safe to get it repierced, but it will probably hurt really badly and would be hard to pierce because of the scar tissue. Just get it a little to the side of the old piercing. Then it'll be good as gold.

It will be ok to get it pierced again. But I think the hole will never close up. It will just get fainter and fainter. My mom had a pierce in her ears long ago and now she didn't wear earing but it never close up. There will still be a little faint scar.
