Don't eat greasy foods, chocolate and do not touch your face and not wash yur hands first and after. The acne, bumps are bacteria and each time you touch one you spread th bacteria. Now. Buy witch hazel at the dollar store or wal mart and some cotton balls and a tube of antibacterial ointment, whatever you've used in the past. Every night mix some very warm water and a little salt, about 1 cup water to half teaspoon salt and put a washcloth in the water and squeeze out not too well, no dripping. put it on your face, don't move it around just pat it onto your face and let it stay there for a few. Then remove and take cotton balls and witch hazel, clean each bump and then throw the cotton away. when this is done pat your face dry, no rubbing. Then take a dab, use q-tips, of ointment and put some on eash bump...don't use it on more than one bump at a time. In the morning just clean the bumps with the witch hazel as before and let it go. The witch hazel is a natural astringent and PH balances the skin. Now do this for a couple of weeks. If it helps continue. If not, you need antibiotics and the Dr. If it's improving and when it's really better you can just clean with witch hazel and not do the other. You should be fine. Just make sure to wash your hands a lot and keep them off your face. Any time you do face care wash your hands and after the bathroom, and anything else. our hands come in contact with so many germs during the day, use soap and wash for more than a second. OK? You should get better unless it's systemic...too far for it to work. Good luck.

Ok, there are many ways.
One, shave off all of your hair. This sounds stupid, but if you shave off your entire head, and continually use medicines for acne, then once your hair grows back, you won't have as mnay acne problems.
Acne is caused by oil from your hair. It runs along your face and causes acne.
Washing your face with soap and water regularly (once or twice a day at school between classes) also helps.
Using medicines is another way to stop acne.
If you play a sport or excercise and you don't get a chance to take a bath right afterwardss, at least wash your face with soap and water.
All of these methods work, but I suggest you use a combination of a couple of them.
Good luck, Peace.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

No. You haven't tried everything. Very few over the counter products do a damn thing. What you need to do is make an appointment with a dermatologist. He'll likely start you out with an antibiotic. This will do it for most people. Failing that, there are more advanced treatments that can be done. For example, accutane will destroy the cells in your pores just enough that it is impossible to develop acne there. I'm sure there is a whole bunch of new stuff I have no idea. Go make an appointment and discuss this with him.

Make an appointment with your family doctor to get a full check-up, and ask for a referral to a dermatologist. In the meanwhile, don't over cleanse but rather gentle cleanse twice daily, first with perfume free soap, then rinse, and follow with salt diluted in very warm water with a very soft face cloth. Change your pillow case daily if you can or at least three times a week. Keep away from food with high acid content and cut back on sugar. Something else which may help but may leave you sweating it out of your pores for awhile is swallowing a clove of garlic use the small part like the small cloves, but just one, it will help purify your blood. You could try this method for a few weeks and see if it makes any difference. Drink lots of water, this will also help flush out your system. Good luck!

Use black seed oil...its a very powerful anti inflammatory (ie it makes redness on skin go away) and even makes acne go away if u use it consistently. You can buy it at any health food store. All you need to do is apply it to the area and leave it there for at least half an hour and wash it off. You'll be surprised at how well it works. I was. Cheers!

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

It is caused by stress. I've noticed this from summer vaction. Last year i had to adjust to a new school and it was a hell of a hard time, In would be nervous from missing classes and bla bla bla..., and when I wen't on summer vaction I noticed my face started to clear up! After summer vaction I started to go back to school then I notced this red inflamed dot on my head, it was a pimple.. Now its getting worse due to, to much homework and everyday stress. I have been using ®Oxy Acne Control Pads. THEY WORK AWSOME!!!! They also are cheap so no more buying $40.00 in acne products that don't work! I also reccomend going to your doctor and asking for benzoyl peroxide 5% - 10%. It works like a miracle..

Acne can be an incredibly stubborn condition to resolve, but although you say you have tried everything, I'm guessing you haven't as there is literally hundreds of 'treatments' out there. Lifestyle changes such as cutting out trans fatty acids, hydrogenated fats, red meats and sugar will help you a lot I think. These simple changes made a difference for me.
Being physically active is something most acne sufferers often forget about too, as they tend to hide indoors. This definitely doesn't help.
I used a simple book called the facemaster course to cure my acne; http://www.facemaster.net/TheFaceMasterCourse.html
