Sorry you are not clear on how long you have known this person, so I am going on the idea that you know each other but are not friends, which is where you need to begin, you have to get to know them and they you, and if there is a chance for more than it will naturally go in that direction, You would be setting your self for all sorts of problems if you just walk up and say I love you. Try to put the shoe on the other foot, and think how you would want to be treated in this matter.

Do not say 'I Love You' to this person unless you are sure and you really really mean it. Actions speak louder than words anyway so I suggest that you have fun spending as much time with this person as your schedules will allow.

STOP wait a minute! It all depends on how long you two have been dating. You would want to take things slowwwww. Start off by saying "I like hanging out with you" or "when I'm with you I feel....". In the meantime, just have fun enjoying each other and getting to know them better.

I think a person should say something and never remain quiet. So I would say one should at least say "I LIKE U".

SO i think that maybe you should start a convo with this guy and start to flirt with him AND then tell him you like him and would want to go out sometime. it would be hot!

You should pull them aside, definitely not in front of other people and tell them how you feel. If you really, truly love them, them tell them. Most of the time they are going to be understanding and gentle with your feelings.

i told this guy i liked him on friday and he just looked at me and walked away. talk abt pain. my friend call him and told him y did u walk away and he said sorry i had to go and i did not know what 2 say. i was shocked. me and ---- are still friends now.
