They are all over the map in price. But - be sure to read the eBay guides on fake SD cards and beware. Check for 99.9% positive feedback with high numbers.

I love eBay, but this is apparently one area of known deception. Don't expect to buy a $60 card for $4.99 plus shipping.

I got a 512 MB at Walgreen's for $19.95 memory is getting cheap.
