thinking about getting highlights, just wanted to get the right shampoo

I have highlights and a relaxer and in my opinion I dosen't matter what brand it is as long as its a moisturising shampoo. Especailly if your making your hair lighter (the lighter the color the dryer your hair will be).

Dove has special shampoo and a conditioner for highlighted hair. I've been using it for 7 months now and am completely satisfied.

DONT!!! 1ST difficulty- U on no account loosen up UR HAIR & spotlight IT AFTER...U HAVE 2 WAIT 2WEEKS AFTER U GET UR RELAXER OR UR HAIR WILL FALL OUT!!!......2nd PROB- FLAT IRONIN UR HAIR regularly occurring IS unfavourable UR HAIR(in spite of if IT DOESNT look broken.U could placed A warmth PROTECTOR ON UR HAIR B4 U be conscious warmth). IF U desire UR HAIR 2B REALLII at once & conceivable THEN GET A RELAXER.(ALSP THERE ISNT REALLII A DIFF between A PERM & RELAXER) & third- IF U circulate 2 DA SALON they could B in a position 2HELP U OUT & DO WATEVA U desire completed 2UR HAIR wisely,healthful,& accurately....sturdy luck!!

It depends on your ethnicity. Black needs moisture and light oils because it is prone to dryness. White just the opposite.

they best line i have found is Olive Oil they have a great moisturizing shampoo and conditioner that detangles and keeps your hais color bright and your hais conditioned so it wont break or dry out.
