You can begin basic obedience immediately! Your puppies are never too young to learn, just remember to keep it to short sessions. Like children, their attention will wander if you train for too long. Usually 10 minute sessions a few times a day to start is good. You should also begin potty training right away as well.
I would definitely consider puppy kindergarten and obedience training as you will learn so much on training your pups from an experienced trainer.
Your pups will have to have a certain number of booster shots before you can get into any kind of a class, but here's link to some good pet training videos to get you started! Good Luck!

yesterday! I don't know about maltese-pug's - but I have a jack russell terrier and a lab - the jack russell was probably easier to house train, but all in all we started them both the day we picked them up from the breeders (the lab is still a puppy - he's 8 months old now). After you get the house breaking thing down then start with tricks - you really want to reinforce good behavior versus punishing bad behavior (i.e. give him a treat for going outside to use the bathroom but don't spank him for not making it). The lab is wonderful - he was house broke in a matter of a month, and now can sit, give high five, roll over, he walks on a leash very well, knows how to heel, and we're working on playing dead - but he's still too young to fall over when there's a treat to be had! :-)

Pugtese
You can paper train then now and start taking the out every few hours to do their business.
They are too young to teach tricks but in a couple of months you can try. No punishment; tricks have to be taught on a reward system

Start immediately with the toilet training. Get 2 crates and begin crate training them. When they are about 3 months old you can start to teach them sit, stay and basic obedience. Once they have had their puppy shots enroll them in a Puppy Kindergarten Class. Here they will learn Basic Obedience and you will learn how to work with them. Also they will learn invaluable lessons in socialization with people and other dogs.

Start training now. Buy each puppy a crate and start their crate training now! It's comforting for the pup, it teaches them bladder control, and it allows for you to travel with them to hotels and such when they get older because most hotels require you crate your dog if staying overnight.
http://www.leerburg.com has a lot of great tips on how to train your dogs and how to raise 2 dogs together.
All the best and good luck!

9 weeks old should not be trained before they can walk and have their eyes open. But maybey when they are about 5 months/or years old you can try to play/teach them fetch. and then when they are probbably a lot older then you might want to teach/train them to pottoy train.
You have a mixed breed? Wow . Mine died but it was half chow chow and i don't know what the other one was.Cool.

At 6 weeks previous, a domestic dog will might desire to apply the bathing room approximately each and every 2-3 hours. canines additionally won't in many circumstances use the bathing room the place they sleep. It feels like your doggies are doing crate training only precise! doggies are babies and could might desire to apply the bathing room contained in the midsection of the night, exceedingly while they're that youthful. you basically might desire to suck it up and enable them to out to pass to the bathing room. And take naps. once you do enable them to out, do no longer confer with them, do no longer play. only snap on a leash, take them out to pass potty. while they're finished, they pass precise returned contained in the crate. This facilitates them understand that while they wake you up, you propose business corporation. No fooling around. You awaken, you pass to the bathing room, then you definately pass precise returned to sleep. i might additionally attempt putting a sheet or previous blanket over the crate. For some reason, that helped my dogs (and a brilliant sort of others) sleep contained in the time of the night. No thought why it facilitates, even with the undeniable fact that it does!
