I use chapstick, I try drinking more water, I don't lick my lips....how can I stop this?

And no, its not cold sores or herpes, just dry, cracked skin

It's from a defiency in Vitamin B 12. Eat more B12 rich foods or take a supplament. It'll go away within 48 hours of taking a complex B vitamin.

One time when I worked for a camp, the camp employees were getting this and someone said it was due to not getting enough vitamins. They said to take a multivitamin. A lot of people got it, but I didn't. I was taking a multivitamin though already. Don't know.

I used to have this problem alot, the best thing i have found for it is Vaseline before bed every night. I have been told it could be a lack of certain vitamins?! Hope this helps..

This should take care of the problem this stuff is SOOOOOO GOOD, I use (Blistex Medicated Balm) This stuff Works for year around this will solve your problem. And you should be able to get it anywhere, But I purchase this product @ Walmart or CVS Pharmacy. Take care

It could be a yeast or fungus infection. You could go to the Dr. and get it looked at. If everything else doesn't work for you, that's the only solution.
