We all have different body shapes, the most effective way to lose fat is to watch your diet, try eating about 5 to 6 smaller meals a day with a serve of protein in each meal, the protein helps you to stay feeling full for longer, good protein sources are a small hand full of nuts, an egg, low fat cheese's such as cottage cheese, low fat yoghurts and protein shakes made with fruit and low fat or skim milk, this way you don't get hungry and then pig out on the wrong foods, stay away from processed foods as much as you can and try to drink plenty of water.
You sound like you get some exercise each week, which is great but if you want to lose weight faster you will have to do a bit more, calories in and calories out, in other words the more calories you burn off the faster you will lose weight, also try doing some resistant training,( lifting weights ) you can do this while you are watching TV and having some muscle tone helps to burn fat a lot faster by increasing your metabolism.
Good Luck.

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

welll since your young, dont get to caught up in weight loss (you dont want to go overboard and become to skinny)
its really great to be muscualar...dieting alone will make you loose the muscle which is a bad thing. you want to eat healy and work out.
the best thing to do is to not eat any sugar or white bread. eat wheat bread and a lot of fruits and veggies. drink a lot of water and im talkin more than 8 cups per day.
try for 10 days to not eat any sugar and after a while you wont even want it any more!
trust me, this kind of routine worked for me! work out, eat healthy, eliminate soda and fast foods, take vitamins, and drink water!

Well, if you're not really fat, then there's really nothing to "burn".

Be proud of how you look now. If you're muscular and athletic, that's a good thing. Means you are healthy. Don't change that.
