How do i get closer to the guy I like without being annoying..Hes kind of shy so I cant make any bold moves that will freak him out. Thanks! =]

try some group activities that he is involved with, join them n try to talk to him n know him better. Once you know him better than uses those info to your advantages, example if he like certain sport/game then try to be his training/sparring partner then go chill-out with him after that. If he is good in pc then get him to assist you in trouble-shooting of your pc problem[be it real or you just make it happen], prepare his favorite foods n get him to sample your cooking at your house, try borrow some books or notes/cd from him n uses these opportunity to be with him n have discussion with him n the list go on ! since he is shy then you may wanted to tag along one of your friend for the first few meeting with him. well try to flirt with him...not extrem flirting but enough so that he will start liking u more....
