My largest was a 15 pound bass in Kings Bay, Ga!

My largest was a 12-inch bass of some sort in Jesup, GA!
That's hilarious both of our fish were in GA, and I don't even live there!

A 90 lb Sailfish off the coast of North Carolina. Also a 41 lb Wahoo, same place. Freshwater, a 62 lb Blue Catfish from the Potomac River in the shadow of the Washington Monument in D.C.

The biggest fish I caught and boated was a 60 lb Yellowfin Tuna at the entrance to SAR pass on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. It tasted great, as did the case of Foster's Lager I won on a bet with it from another fishing boat.
The biggest fish I ever fought was a (estimated) 400 lb. Pacific Blue Marlin in the same area. Four guys on the boat, and we each fought it for an hour before it got tired of playing with us and broke the line.

No many would believe me but i caught the shark on 100 pound hand line {no fishing rod}. I did however end up with 12 stiches in my left hand.

well, let me ponder this one a moment...
I believe i stumbled upon a 1 or 2 pounder during a local competition. My brother won a prize for a 3 or 4 pounder that he was assisted in capturing. Golly, what a catch!

a 38 inch, 26 pd. salmon out of the betsie river here in northern lower michighan. took me 1 1/2 hrs and 2 miles downstream before i was able to land him. man what a fight!!!!
