Hello,
It sounds very serious. Don't want to scare you but, you have to be prepared for the worst. This is what happened to our little poodle Tonto last year. He was quite old (about 12) and was already suffering from some kidney problem (some old dogs are quite vulnerable to this problem). We never knew it was so bad, until about 3 months before the problem. 2 weeks before he passed on, he kept wanting to drink water and kept throwing up. Kidney disease is not that easy to cure. Here in Singapore, the vets are not very experienced in doing transplants and do not really advocate it -- organ rejection etc. Get him to the vet ASAP. They could do some emergency dialysis which could help him, if he is in still in an early stage of possible kidney failure.
When it comes to the worst, euthanasia may have to be considered. We were lucky -- Tonto chose to pass away at home, and spared us that difficult option.
God bless your dog -- hope it's not a life-threatening illness. Take care!

Mom of Jake, I would get him to the vet. I have had many dogs and just because they are dogs they still need an occasional visit to the vet. Most vets will allow you to make payments of some kind. I hope you will do this, he may have a small problem but you have to weigh the problems of him having pain your unaware of and allowing him to suffer or spending $50.00 for the vet.
Best of luck.

What has the vet said? If you haven't taken to a vet, then he needs to go ASAP. That means an emergency clinic ASAP. We cannot examine your dog or run tests on him so we cannot diagnose him with anything other than a guess - which could be anything from poisoning to cancer. If I wasn't clear, bring him to a vet ASAP. Don't wait. If he's been poisoned, he could be slowly and painfully dying because of your inaction.

I cannot speak to the eyes and mouth, but my dog (then age 11) was really constipated and had no room for food (so no appetite) but lost 20+ pounds from not eating.
Get him to a vet to get this checked out.

As a responsible pet owner AND if you love you pet you will take him to the vet at the first opportunity. NO VET in the world is going to diagnose without an examination and you want complete strangers to do it over the internet?

you at the instant are not too fat. you won't understand this, yet once you starve your self you will stunt your advance and at 13 you have so plenty greater turning out to be to do. only remember to are eating desirable - high quality protein and not too plenty subtle starch, consume end result and vegetables or take a multivitamin. It takes a mixture of exercising and foodstuff and sleep to enhance - think of roughly attempting to enhance super flowers - they like all the spectacular circumstances and one plant would be for sure much less healthful than yet another per how properly you're looking after it. the rationalization why you do not have extensive muscle tissues is which you're only beginning as much as have your hormones exchange - some men mature until now, yet people who mature later usually exchange into greater beneficial so do not difficulty approximately it. i will tell which you're nonetheless early on your progression simply by fact your hips are greater beneficial than your chest - yet that's stable information. you have plenty to watch for. do not sabotage it by utilising attempting to starve your physique only while it needs greater gas for advance. by utilising the way, in case you're counting energy, you ought to in all probability be getting 4000 high quality energy an afternoon in case you're relatively figuring out the way you describe - swimming and wrestling. in case you think of your exercises are a breeze, attempt being greater aggressive and venture your physique to do it speedier and with greater valuable administration. At your age you have to be gaining weight not dropping it. Muscle and bone are heavier than fat. you will see that your "infant fat" will certainly decrease as you mature and as you improve your muscle tissues and bone will advance so which you will get heavier yet that's a stable ingredient.

Worms can make his gums and tongue pale, but because he is not eating but only drinking water, I would guess kidney disease. He could also have a bowel blockage or cancer. There is so many different reasons why your dog is ill. Please get him to a vet. Only they can tell you what is wrong with him.

Not to sound rude...but what is with people! If your dog looks/seems sick...take your pet to the vet! Its one thing to see if something clears up in a day or two, but if you are noticing various unusual symptoms...call the vet for heavens sake!!!

It sounds like you have a big problem on your hands. Bring your dog to the vet, they may have an intestinal problem or obstruction, virus, cancer, etc. It's what needs to happen.
