i think it may not be the cleanest but i believe it is good place to live. how the current mayor instills discipline to its constituents is unmatched by any highly urbanised city mayor in the country. the name is rody duterte. i wish all metro manila mayors have the same qualities like duterte.

It is not the cleanest in the Philippines but it is generally clean for a metropolitan city. It has lots to offer in terms of business opportunities and tourism. Davao City has a very outspoken Mayor which is both good and bad. Good in a sense, things get done faster than usual but bad since he speaks without hesitation and attracts trouble at times.

The cleanest place is Palawan. When I went there, civilian clothes men were arresting those who used to spit, throw cigarette butts and garbage on the streets. Marikina, well, they're still trying very hard to keep it clean. But the nooks, urgh!!!!! men's urine, you can smell.
