Well it depends on what type of sinus you have. Is it sinusitis, allergy or sinus infection? I'm not really sure which one you have.
I would check you symptons and see the dr.
The is a tea that is called Gyspy cold care it works but it does take gross.
There is something called sudcare you put the tablet in the bottom of the shower it releases vapors to help you breath.
You might want to purchase a vaporize. It really does help with breathing too.
I just got over having a sinus infection this is what I tried and i didn't have to go to the drs.. but if its effecting, you eyes, ears and face you need to be antibotics.
There are otc that you can take to releave your sinus but it depends on what it is.
Acute sinusitis: A sudden onset of cold-like symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose and facial pain that does not go away after 7-10 days. Acute sinusitis typically lasts 4 weeks or less.
Subacute sinusitis: An inflammation lasting 4 to 8 weeks.
Chronic sinusitis: A condition characterized by sinus inflammation symptoms lasting 8 weeks or longer.
Recurrent sinusitis: Several attacks within a year.

Well try a sinus pill like Sinutab...you know a sinus cold pill...but if you have allergies you may want to get a spray like Nasacort but you need a prescription.
Try making your own saline solution and do this 3 times a day for 3 days... just half a spoon of salt in about a quart of water...put it in your palm and suck it up in your nose...not so hard you swallow it but just up to your sinus as a nose spray would go. If you can find a bottle to spray it with all the better. Don't use the stuff in the pharmacy the preservatives in the saline make it worse. That should disinfect your sinuses and open them up.
Also you might want to try a spoonful of Vicks Vaporub in a small pot of boiling water. Take it off the stove once it's boiled, put a towel over your head and the pot and inhale the vapors.
If you have a runny sinus you can do this with camomile tea and it works to dry up your runny nose. Hope some of this is helpful.

My ENT put me on Guaifenesin a few years ago. 2 600mg tablets twice daily. Its availabe over the counter under the brand name Mucinex but there are many generics over the counter much cheaper. The more fluids you drink with this medication the better it works. I suggest getting on an allergyu preventative such as zyrtec or singulair and staying on it. It wont help you with this bout but it will help future problems. The Guaifenesin will deffinitely help it runs its course. I used to have sinus headaches that were so bad I would pass out and wind up in the hospital My ENT wanted to do surgery after giving me a CAT scan but I did not go that route. The Guaifenesin has helped me remain sinus headache free for several years now, prevented chest congestion and helped sinus outbreaks run their course much faster.

Drink some orange juice. Then go to the store and get some sinus medicine, I like Sudafed non-drowsy. There are different kinds for different symptoms.

It does sound like sinuses. My sinuses have been bothering me the last few days also. You might try taking some tylenol sinus medicine. It usually works for me. Good Luck!

Do you have allergies? You can develop allergies to things like pets later in life. Drink lots of water to thin out the secretions as much as possible and stay away from nose sprays like afrin. They can cause rebound stuffiness. The best is saline nose spray and those thingees you put on the bridge of your nose to help open the nasal passages.

OK . its nice that people try to help one another on here but you have given so little info that no person could have any idea what should be done to treat this not even the surgeon general could answer this question with this Little detail.
go see a doc or the pharmacy or go on webmd and see what they it says after you give many more details.

Avoid dairy products and shellfish-- both mucus-producing
Plenty of liquids both hot and cold-- both to hydrate you and the hot to "steam out" the sinus pressure
Hot baths are good.

Burn it out. Hot food is the only way. (Well its my way) Spicy hot. CALIENTE! Also find books about healing with Cayenne pepper.
Oh let me be specific. You heat spicy food until your nose runs and your eyes water. Your sinuses will drain and you'll be back in the pink.
