What do you want to know about it? I have used it and it is great. They charge you a transaction fee everytime you bet. I think it is .25. They also have promotions sometimes. When you bet $50, after that is gone, they will give you $50. You can also go to certain tracks to take money out of your account. Check them out for the information you are looking for. I've had an account with winticket.com for the past year and think it's great. No fees ever, full track payouts, lot's of fun promotions, easy deposit / withdrawal and they are based in the United States.

I have an account with one, and they do not charge per bet. If you want more info, contact me. I am betting Laurel and Hoosier today.
