I am new to the world of webpages and so on, but I am focused on creating a space for dog rescues and dog lovers to join up. What things are important to dog lovers that would cause them to find value in my page? www.dibbydog.ca

Having 3 rescues, myself, I always enjoy rescue success stories/families, and often need training tips/resources for rescue dogs. They often have unique issues of their own, especially since many of them are older dogs and puppy training techniques don't always work. For instance...housebreaking an older dog. Also, links to rescue organizations and charitable events are nice.

We post listings to several rescue websites. Our clients tell us that what they like best are detailed listings of each animal (a little back ground information, temperament information, etc.); current photos of the animals that are easy to open and view; and to make sure that once an animal is adopted it's listing is removed from the site. It's very discouraging to adopters to get excited about a cat or dog they've seen on-line only to discover that the listing is outdated and the pet is no longer available.

Hi, I would like to know the age, sex and breed of the dog as well as how he interacts with children and people in general. If he is an older dog does he have any favorite toys or food that he is fond of.

lots of pictures - success stories of rescued animals - and links to rescue sites - and maybe a sign up for people to advertise puppy meet ups in their city.

Be Blessed!

A good speech about spaying and neutering so we don't have to rescue so many abused babies. People need to realize what happens. I could even send you pictures I've got.

The misunderstood truth about pitbulls. Most of the dogs in our shelter are pit mixes, and they will never be adopted even though they are the smartest, loyalist, cutist.
