God is infinite, he has no specific age, he was there before he created the universe and he will always be there.

According to wikipedia the first example of monotheism may be Egyptian solar god Aten was promoted by the pharaoh Akhenaten (Amenophis IV), who ruled between 1358 and 1340 BC. so that makes God as opposed to gods about 3350 years old.
