90% of the eggs calories is from the yolk, so two eggs are 90 calories( I use extra large eggs, size matters for calories)
take one egg and 1 egg white and you have 100 calories. toss the yolk away before you cook. that makes your scrambled egg larger with just a few more calories.

Wow you must be doing some major dieting! The egg carton in my frige says 70 calories per egg. Hard boiling is the best way to get all the benefits from an egg because when you fry then it fries the nutrients as well. (Just a little extra info).
