sorry, but at age 19 you're done growing. just try to be a big person on the inside, let a positive personality make uo for your short stature

There are pills you can take that will make you taller don't ask cause I have no clue what they are called lol.

yea if you really want to you can see a doctor about taking grown meds but otherwise you may as well just shrink the world and then u can be SUPER tall jkkjkjkjjk
