maybe you won't. and that's not ideal but it is what it is. if you really want to move on than just give it time and keep yourself busy -- this might be a great time to learn a new trade or language :-). Avoid sad songs and love movies.

Try this one -- get busy with work and projects etc. Some people would say get a new love, but I think that is a bad idea. You have to have a clear head before you commit to another relationship. Anyway, in my own case, after some time of being out of a relationship, I find that I can enjoy some things on my own. It is about finding your own interests instead of thinking what interest the other person.

Don't obesses or sulk. Play some violent video games. Don't sit around stuffing your facing watching soap operas throwing food at the T.V screaming "SHE DOESN"T LOVE YOU!!" Keep fit, exercise, go back in the sea to find another fish. Concentrate on other things. Most importantly do not sulk. Find some closure if you need any.

I think it's different for every person and every situation.... when me and my boyfriend broke up I had to stay away from him totally.. there could be " we can still be friends."
We were friends before we went out and then he cheated on me and I lost all respect for him and to get over being hurt I had to stay away.. I seen him a few weeks ago and we talked like before we went so time and distance are the best healers, hon.
