I had that problem while in Va and I found that if I use cocoa butter for stretch marks or Tummy butter on my skin as regular lotion it gives my skin elasticity and doesn't dry out alot of the lotions out are not for dry skin even though they say it on the bottle. It would also sometimes act up if I took a hot shower.

Lotion would be my first thought because of the heater is dry out your skin and you should try to put some moister in the air if you can some people get bloody nose from the as well. If you still have this problem it would be a bad idea to maybe check with your doctor because you may have some allergy's that can cause this same thing like mood it is very common in this type of weather. try applying the lotion when you get out of the shower and maybe when you go to bed if needed.

A good moisturizing body lotion (there are a lot on the market that say they help dry, itchy skin). Use it right after your bath or shower, and anytime you feel a little itchy. Keep a small bottle in your purse. And use a moisturizing body wash - not soap, it can dry your skin.

That's typical and probably a mild case of eczema. You can get topical creams to help with the itching. Cortizone creams can work well.

sounds like Eczema to me! You should get some hydrocortizone cream from your doctor or just pick some up from the pharmacy.
