Fear of change can hold us back in so many ways ... we may stay in a job we don't like, a relationship that is over, etc. because we are afraid to cope with the change. One of the most difficult things to do in life can be to keep our minds open to change.

Change is an inevitable process of human life, and fear is a great boulder that we must surmount to reach the peak -- of performance, of good works, of trying our best, changes our circumstances in life, and exploring our talents/gifts.
Yes, I can relate to this -- for it is by tackling everything that comes along to challenge you in life withOUT fear -- you CAN acquire the skills and ability to confidently move forward -- knowing full well that there are benefits and consequences to each decision you make, each action you take and even in inaction, there are also consequences or benefits to be seen.

yes i do cause if fear holds you back you ll never get anywhere in life.and I'm sure Ive had many stories on that subject . i think you have to be brave and go for it instead of taking the comfortable way in life

you need to get out of your comfort zone. we fear the unknown, as it has the potential to have many sorrows but it holds many joys as well. if you are unsatisfied with your lot, you need to take risks. safe calculated risks are a good start.
