I ran some software for a new cell phone I have, and it installed Outlook. I do not want it, I want my Yahoo mail back.I went to Programs and deleted it, but it still takes me to Outlook. What do I do?

Do a system restore to before the date that you did the download.

follow these steps:
1. go to start
2. settings > control panel
3. add or remove programs
4. [ a new window pops up, showing a list of all 'currently installed programs' ] select the program (outlook)
5. click the button 'change/remove.'
6. you might get an option to 'restart now or later.'
after you click change/remove the program is off the current installed program list and it should be gone from the computer. that's the simplest way I know.

Outlook may only be the default program.

See if you have a "Tools" button someplace and carefully open and study all tabs and options. There might be a place for you to indicate your preferred mail.
