Im not sure thats how u spell it (its probably wrong...) but the french design... what does it mean? or stand for or w/e?

Fleur-de-lis: represents an Iris, but has much symbology attached to it... French Royalty.

Also, the helment logo of the New Orleans Saints football team.

Fleur de Lis, you moron.

It's the symbol of French Kings. Specifically, Louis XIV. See Da Vinci Code for more info.
