today when i was inclinge benching when i would just start pushing up there was a tingle like pins and needles going from my elbow to my finger tips in just my left arm....it was a heavy but comfortable weight and there was no pain it was just wierd....whats this all about?

You probably pulled of a nerve....I had the same feeling last year in my feet.. i went to the doc and she said one of my nerve in my feet is cut off sum how....i ll get used to it but it ll take time....Now sumtime feel the pain when i sprint in the treadmil and bend my feet......
