Best thing, keep strangers away from your cat. Obviosuly she is scared of people she doesn't know and when she gets that scared, she loses control of her bladder. NOT HER FAULT! Whateevr you do, do NOT reprimand her for it. She can't control it, she's not doing it to be mean. Reprimanding her will only make it worse. Talk to your vet and make sure her urinary tract is in good health and if so, discuss methods on how to calm her down. Good luck, poor kitty!

seriously my mom is a vet...your cat is nervous and she thinks that the stranger is trying to take over it's space and since the cat has live in the house for a long time it thinks that the house it it's territory. it is just marking that it is there space and doesn't want anybody/ anything invading it unless it is someone they know and love for example the owners.

keep it in a seperate room for about 10 mins. then let it out and it will probubly be calmer

Keep him outside so it won't matter as much.
