If you really love her it won't matter what she looks like by the time she reaches 50 because all you will see is her inner beauty. When you begin a relationship it is all about physical attraction but as you are together longer in a marriage it becomes more based on emotional attachment. Keep in mind you are going to age too....It is part of growing old and everyone ages differently depending on how they eat, exercise and if they expose their skin to too much sun, drink excessively or abuse drugs. There are alot of factors that make the body age more rapidly.
Love her for who she is inside not who she is on the outside....

How will you look when you get old? After-all you married a complete person, not just a pretty face and body. Remember the future is determined by the present, so instead of worrying, concentrate on making any lines that may appear on yours wife's face, in the future, a sign that she has enjoyed her life.

well looking at her mother shoud indicate the answer for you but at the end of the day if you love your wife then does it matter how she will look when she is older...just grow old gracefully together

you sound very shallow looks aren't everything you know, doesn't sound like you love her . you wouldn't have to worry about how she looks if you keep up that attitude , she will probably dump you and get someone who really cares for her. remember you will get old too so wise up
