For the last couple of weeks a kid at our school who has a mental retardation keeps following me and my friends around. Im not trying to be mean but i dont know how to tell him to stop. I feel really bad but its getting creepy what do i do?

Confront him in a polite way and ask him why he follows you. If he will not answer in a normal/respectful way, let him know he is causing you to become uncomfortable. If he still persists, solicit advice from the school principal. Good luck!

Talk to the school counselor about this. Tell him/her that it is creeping you out and you have tried to explain it to this person. Let them handle it. If it continues, get your folks involved. I have worked with retatrded people and I thank you for being so patient with this person, a lot of people are meant to others who are different.

Speak slow and clear with soft voice, perhaps he will understand. If that doesn't work, just ignore. Otherwise, the kid may crave for more attention.

Talk to the special ed teacher assigned to him, she will be able to give you guidance or will take care of it for you.

talk slowly to the disabled person then walk away, find adult it that doesent work
