Portland is an international airport and has currency exchange. I checked there web site and it will tell you where it is located. Portland Oregon is really beautiful! Enjoy!

The best place I`ve found in Portland is inside the Powell`s travel bookstore in Pioneer square. There is a place you can exchage money for a good rate.

ck. for American express service center they buy and sell euro the rate isn't the best
