10 - You vigorously deny the existence of thousands of gods claimed by other religions, but feel outraged when someone denies the existence of yours.
9 - You feel insulted and "dehumanized" when scientists say that people evolved from other life forms, but you have no problem with the Biblical claim that we were created from dirt.
8 - You laugh at polytheists, but you have no problem believing in a Triune God.
7 - Your face turns purple when you hear of the "atrocities" attributed to Allah, but you don't even flinch when hearing about how God/Jehovah slaughtered all the babies of Egypt in "Exodus" and ordered the elimination of entire ethnic groups in "Joshua" including women, children, and trees!
6 - You laugh at Hindu beliefs that deify humans, and Greek claims about gods sleeping with women, but you have no problem believing that the Holy Spirit impregnated Mary, who then gave birth to a man-god who got killed, came back to life and then ascended into the sky.
5 - You are willing to spend your life looking for little loopholes in the scientifically established age of Earth (few billion years), but you find nothing wrong with believing dates recorded by Bronze Age tribesmen sitting in their tents and guessing that Earth is a few generations old.
4 - You believe that the entire population of this planet with the exception of those who share your beliefs -- though excluding those in all rival sects - will spend Eternity in an infinite Hell of Suffering. And yet consider your religion the most "tolerant" and "loving."
3 - While modern science, history, geology, biology, and physics have failed to convince you otherwise, some idiot rolling around on the floor speaking in "tongues" may be all the evidence you need to "prove" Christianity.
2 - You define 0.01% as a "high success rate" when it comes to answered prayers. You consider that to be evidence that prayer works. And you think that the remaining 99.99% FAILURE was simply the will of God.
1 - You actually know a lot less than many atheists and agnostics do about the Bible, Christianity, and church history - but still call yourself a Christian.

And just in case you are thinking that the evil and immoral laws of the Old Testament are no longer in effect, perhaps you should read where Jesus makes it perfectly clear: "It is easier for Heaven and Earth to pass away than for the smallest part of the letter of the law to become invalid." (Luke 16:17 NAB)

1. you defend Ted Haggard, even though hes a Crystal Meth smokin, gay prostitute bangin' hypocrite.
2. regardless of the massive amoutns of corroberating evidence that supports evolution you still claim that evolution has no foot to stand on.
3. you claim that the vast majority of scientists actually beleive in god but, so they can continue to beleive othersise, deny his existence.
4. single celled organisms eventually becoming multicelled organisms is laughable. but believing that god taook the form of a talking, burning (yet nonconsuming) shrubbery isperfectly logical.
so yeah...not so funny....i think im gonna create my own list.

10 - I do not deny the existence of "gods," nor does the Bible. They are all created by the One God, the one I worship.(Psalm 82)
9 - Not insulted or dehumanised. Just surprised at how so many people accept poor science. There are so many holes in Evolution you could make a trawler net out of it.
8 - I do not laugh at anyone. The Bible says Christians cannot judge those outside of The Church.
7 - Again, I do not judge others, nor does God need me to defend Him.
6 - Again, I do not laugh at others. What you describe regarding Hindu and Greek beliefs are the Nephilim. Recorded in The Bible.
5 - The evidence for radio-isotope dating is unsubstantiated. It is the extrapolation of observations beyond any possibility of confirmation. The decay of radio-isotopes is a probability. There is no way an atom can decide "oh, it's my turn to decay!" Over a given period of time, you may record a number of decay events. This gives you a statistical rate. Over periods of hundreds, thousands or even millions of years the behaviour of radio-isotope decay is not observable. Therefore, it is conjecture. For instance, it is possible that a radio-isotope undergoes "decay bursts" in which more atoms than statistically predicted decay at the same time. It is also possible that, over long periods, decay is not according to the theoretical half-life model, but has some other gradient. None of this is observable over the brief periods radio-isotopes have been the subject of scientific investigation. Therefore, the use of radio-isotopes as a means of dating is flawed. So far, I have not even mentioned that, before you can work out the decay of a radio-isotope in a substance, you must first know what proportions of isotopes there were originally.
4 - What I believe is that every single one of us that has ever lived, or will ever live, has a darkness inside them which cannot help but emerge from time to time. We are compelled to do wrong, or not to do right, even when our desire is to do the opposite. The best of us is not much better than the worst according to God's scale. And our way of comparing one sin to another is not God's measure. God allowed HIMSELF to be punished for everything everyone did wrong. That means that everyone can stand before God and seen by Him as innocent. However, this is by personal choice. If a person is arrogant enough to think that their righteousness is good enough without Jesus, they will find out how wrong they are when they face God. My faith is tolerent, in that there are very few situations where I can judge another person (settling disputes, expelling "Christians" that are immoral from the Church). Also Jesus teaches us to be loving, forgiving and merciful, and to always repay a bad deed with a good one. I would say that is being tolerant. And loving? We are to love even those that call us enemy. Therefore, we are to love everyone, no matter who they are.
3 - No. The evidence of our faith is the love we show for one another. Speaking in tongues is useful in a number of ways, but it is not in itself proof.
2 - A parent does not give their child everything that child asks for. Neither does the child keep a score of how successful they are in extracting some favour from a parent. It's the same with God. He will not answer prayers that will cause harm or will interfere with a greater plan He has for someone. Imagine a dad that is planning to buy a car for a son. The son asks the father for a bicycle. The father does not give the son the bicycle, but the greater gift of the car. A poor example, but you get the picture, I hope.
1 - I call myself a Christian because I follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and His Apostles. I call myself a Christian because I have been baptised in water and The Holy Spirit.
Gee, I guess I'm not a fundamentalist after all. And I thought I was.
By the way, the fundamental of Christianity is love.
"All the teachings of the law and the prophets can be summed up in one command. You shall love your neighbour as yourself."
"The only thing that counts is faith expressed through love."

1. Atheists and agnostics study the Bible to only find fault, I study to get closer to my God
2. Answer to prayer is directly related to Gods time, it may be years before my prayer is answered, you say failure but I say not fulfilled.
3. Actually most science, history, geology, biology and physics can account for speaking in "tongues", and who said it proves Christianity? It is a function of Christianity.
4. I believe you will spend Eternity in hell and suffer if you don't accept Christ as your savior, you can thank the devil for that, he is the one fighting for your soul to be there.
5. Billions of years old actually defies your scientific methods of proving this so called "fact" and the dates you are describing are not guesses.
6. I don't laugh at Hindu beliefs or the Greeks but I also don't pray to Mary and have the Holy spirit inside of me so I am a witness.
7. the atrocities you describe are done out of what? There are many practices we no longer hold in the Old Testament now that Jesus has risen.
8. What do polytheists believe again?
9. I am actually more disgusted that I am force to have my children hear a theory teached in a public school that my tax dollars pay for and not at least mention other "theories"
10. I do not get outraged, I pray.
Guess I am not a fundamentalist
God Bless

Top 10 signs you're a rabid atheist:
1. You spend all your time thinking up ways to insult religion.
2. You're angry at a God you say you don't believe in because you're afraid of going to a hell you don't believe in.
3. For some inexplicable reason you're intimidated by the sign of a cross.
4. You're intimated by the word "God".
5. You rant and rave when confronted with the concept of faith.
6. You think a big bang from nothing is logical and rational.
7. You believe the theory of evolution regarding ape to man is fact.
8. You take biblical scripture out of context in order to make points in rants against faith.
9. You spend hours on the internet trying to convince others that there is no God, yet accuse christians of trying to convert you.
10. You spend your time in the religion/spiritual section of YA, while supposedly not believing in any religion and not believing you have a spirit with which to be spiritual with, yet you consider yourself to be a rational person.

You are smart and funny! Keep it up! It's a shame muslims can't laugh at their religion too! Btw, I'm a Christian and I'm not offended by your question. Anyone who is needs to check their lifestyle! Too many people are dying because they refuse to accept someone else's view. Accepting another view does not mean failure, it means you have compassion and understanding. Even a child eventually learns that the world is bigger than him!

No,
number 8 I don't believe in the trinity.
#4 I don't believe in a burning hell fire, I believe that most people will die. Go back to the dust.
#3I don't believe in speaking in tongues. That was not done like that it was simply the power to speak another language.
Which God doesn't do anymore.
Most Christians don't know the bible but I do. So that proves you can be a good Christian. How did I do in your test?
